1. The Site does not provide advice

The information is presented for general information and comparison purposes only, and does not constitute and must not be treated as: investment advice, investment marketing, portfolio management, pension advice, pension marketing, insurance advice, tax advice, legal advice, mortgage advice, or any other professional guidance or personal recommendation.

The Site and its operators are not licensed to provide pension or investment advice or marketing, and do not act as such license holders.

The information is general and not personalized, and does not take into account the specific user's data, needs or goals — including age, income, assets, liabilities, family situation, savings horizon, liquidity needs, risk profile, pension status, residency, citizenship or tax liability.

Any financial or pension decision is the user's sole responsibility. Consult a suitably licensed professional before making one.

2. Data sources and accuracy

Data is based on official, public sources — primarily the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority (data.gov.il — Gemel-Net, Pensia-Net and Bituach-Net).

The information and services are provided "AS IS" and subject to availability ("AS AVAILABLE"). We make reasonable efforts toward accuracy and timeliness, but financial data changes frequently and errors, omissions, update delays or mismatches arising from third-party changes may occur.

3. Limitation of liability

The Site does not warrant that the information will be complete, accurate, current, error-free or suitable for the user's needs.

Subject to any applicable law, the Site and its operators shall not be liable for any damage — direct, indirect, consequential, special or otherwise — arising from use of the Site, reliance on the information, unavailability of the service, or an error in the information.

For the avoidance of doubt, subject to any applicable law and to the maximum extent permitted by it, the Site and its operators shall bear no liability whatsoever — monetary or otherwise — to the user or to any third party for any cause arising from use of the Site or the information on it.

Nothing above derogates from rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

All intellectual-property rights in the Site — including its design, structure, code, logo, texts, calculators, comparison database, and the manner of processing and presenting the data — belong to the Site's operators.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish or make commercial use of the Site's content or database, in whole or in part, without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use permitted by law.

Trademarks, logos and names of institutional bodies shown on the Site belong to their owners and are shown for identification only (nominative use), without implying sponsorship, affiliation or recommendation.

5. No automated collection

You may not perform systematic or automated extraction, copying or collection (scraping / crawling) of the Site's content or database, nor use them to build a competing product or service, without prior written consent.

You may not harm the Site, its users or infrastructure, circumvent security measures, disrupt its operation, or use it unlawfully.

6. Links and commercial relationships

The Site may contain links to third-party sites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, products or terms; use is at the user's sole risk.

If a commercial relationship ever exists between the Site and any body (e.g. a referral, referral fee or payment for an action), it will be clearly marked. Any commercial relationship will not alter the objective data or the comparison methodology, and the primary ranking will remain neutral and data-based.

7. Privacy

The Site collects minimal information and does not collect national ID numbers, bank account details or personal savings amounts. The watchlist is stored locally on the user's device only.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The binding version is the one published on the Site, and the update date appears at the top of the document.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed solely by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Yafo district.

The Hebrew version is binding; a translation into any other language is for convenience only, and in any conflict the Hebrew version prevails.
